    Is there free wifi in your hotel? This is very important and you should offer it as a free service because most travelers are turned off if wifi use is charged. I know many friends who do not return to hotels if wifi is charged, no matter how beautiful the hotel is. Worse, they even spread the info to their fellow travelers who will avoid the hotel in the future.
